The check-up
The check-up: we diagnose before we treat
Suede needs a different treatment from knit or patent leather. Every pair is inspected first and the findings go on its passport.

What is a Shoe Passport?
It is a digital record for one pair of shoes. It holds photos, the material, a condition score and a log of every treatment, so you can see how the pair has been cared for over time.
Do I need the passport card?
No. Every passport works on your phone, so you get all the features without a card. The printed card is optional if you'd like something to hold, and it comes with the Lifetime Passport.
Can you clean any type of shoe?
We work with leather, suede, nubuck, patent, canvas, knit, mesh and technical materials. If a pair is too damaged for cleaning to help, we tell you before we start.
What does the Lifetime Passport cover?
One payment lets you register up to 31 pairs to your name. Each pair keeps its own condition score and treatment history, and there is no fee each time you add a pair.
How do I get a price?
